We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Grid Stream Pulse Nex. Contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Eligibility

Unworn items with original hygiene seals intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Worn or washed intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Email us with your order number for return instructions. Return shipping may apply unless the item is defective.

Refunds

After inspection we notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds go to the original payment method according to your provider’s timeline.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
